With over 20 years of customer care experience, 10 years as a licensed clinical aesthetician, and more than a decade in spa management, Ashleigh brings extensive skincare and aesthetic expertise to Snatched Lab.
She helps patients navigate their skincare and aesthetic journey by understanding their concerns and goals, creating tailored skincare recommendations, and connecting them with the right appointment with Taby Smith, APRN, or Dr. Mike.
Known for her warmth and attention to detail, Ashleigh makes every patient interaction feel seamless, comfortable, and elevated from the first conversation through their treatment journey.

With 19 years of expertise in the beauty industry, Julie Buck is a licensed esthetician and Master Lash Artist dedicated to creating healthy, glowing skin and flawless lashes. Her extensive background includes serving as an educator for NovaLash and working alongside premier skincare brands, including Aveda.
At Snatched Lab, Julie pairs her deep industry knowledge with OxygenCeuticals professional skincare to perform customized, results-driven facials designed specifically for each client’s skin type. Irys Avila brings over six years of dedicated experience to South Tampa as a Master Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in customized brow artistry and lip blush. Beginning her career in Las Vegas, Irys built her practice on technical precision, continuous education, and personalized facial aesthetics.
Her training spans top industry academies—including Beauty Angels Academy, Microbladers Las Vegas, and Feather Nano Brows—and is complemented by extensive hands-on mentorship with world-class PMU leaders. Through Irys Beauties, she takes a holistic, face-focused approach, analyzing skin type, facial structure, natural brow flow, and lifestyle to deliver balanced, elegant, long-lasting enhancements.
